However, in the simplest terms the information you provide as part of the purchase process is used by me to generate a postage label. Once created I delete any reference to it on my computer. I do retain details of your name only on a secure stand along system for the purposes of recording sales. However, I do NOT retain details of your postal address nor your email outside of the Etsy site.

You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom portrait, for example), if you contact me directly.
